General Information

The 2011 Florida National Dental Convention will be held June 9-11, 2011 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

LOCATION

PARKING AND SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
Remote parking is the most convenient option for FNDC attendees and is located at Disney’s Wild World of Sports. There is a charge for parking at Gaylord Palms. Parking is extremely limited for drive-in attendees not staying at the hotel.

Complimentary shuttle bus service is provided from a non-congested, convenient remote parking site located just minutes from Gaylord Palms Resort. Shuttle service will begin Thursday, June 9 at 7:00 am and continues through Saturday, June 11 at 6:00 pm.

Registering Children
Children younger than 18 do not need to be registered and will not receive a badge. Children are not allowed in education sessions or on the Exhibit Hall floor.

Kids Nite Out offers an in-room childcare service that customizes the experience based on the age of the child. Certified and insured staff members bring along a bag of age-appropriate books, games, and other toys, to ensure the sitting time is memorable for the child. Standard in-room childcare reservations can be made through Gaylord Palms’ Concierge or by calling 407.828.0920. There is a four-hour childcare minimum, and reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
