Pre-Show Mailer - $395
The Florida National Dental Convention Pre-Show Mailer will be mailed to all FNDC2011 pre-registered attendees. The outer envelope will indicate that it is an official FNDC mailing. You can include your pre-printed literature or promotional items in this targeted piece that will be delivered to all pre-registered attendees in mid-May! Include a special invitation to your booth, a promotional flyer about a new product, a contest or drawing registration or some other item. Circulation: approx. 4,500 Size: Standard rate applies to items 8.5x11 or smaller that weigh 0.5 ounces or less. Non-standard items are subject to an additional charge (please call for info).

These emails (e-blasts) are sent in the weeks prior to FNDC, each one promoting a different topic, event, or activity to more than 4,200 e-mail recipients. As a sponsor you receive logo recognition, a 50-word text section, and a live link to your web site.

Put your company name, logo and booth number on the aisle signs and as attendees walk the floor, they’ll be directed to your booth!

Elevator Signage at the Gaylord Palms - $1,500 each (ten available )
Catch everyone’s attention in the Gaylord Palms’ guest room elevators. Attendees are sure to see your message!
Atrium Pole Signs - $3,000 – $15,000
Your company logo and message can be displayed on banners hung on existing sign poles along the walkways throughout Gaylord Palms. Choose one section or the entire four-acre atrium. Either way, you won’t be missed!

NEW! “Have a Cup on Us” Coffee Vouchers - $3,500
Help attendees get a great start on their day or "perk" up with a mid-afternoon break by providing them with vouchers good for a free cup of coffee at Java Coast in the lobby or atrium.
Attendees will be directed to your booth to pick up their vouchers - maximize traffic by offering vouchers to the first 100 visitors each day! The sponsorship fee includes 300 vouchers, and can be adjusted if you wish to give out more. Limited to 4 sponsors.
CE Certification Station - $4,000
Want to have a constant flow of traffic to your booth? Host a CE Verification Station in the booth space adjacent to your company’s booth! CE Verification is a popular destination for all FNDC attendees.
Your sponsorship includes acknowledgement signage throughout the convention center, including on the Astrovision screen in the hotel atrium.
NEW! Attendee E-Mail Registration Confirmation - $5,000
Reach more than 6,000 registered attendees before they even go to the show! Your company’s name and website link will be included in the registration confirmation e-mails sent to every registered attendee.
Conference Bag - $5,000
Marketplace Café - $5,000
Everyone has to eat, why not make sure they’re looking at your logo when they do! Small café tables are placed in the back of the exhibit hall and on the classroom/meeting level, to provide attendees with a place to sit while enjoying their selection from the Market Place Café.
Table cards with your company logo will be placed on tables in all of these locations.

Escalator Sponsorship - $5,000
Hotel Key Cards – $8,000
What does every attendee carry with them everywhere they go—even to the pool, look at multiple times a day and inadvertently take home with them when they leave the convention? Their hotel room key!!! You can have your company logo or special offer printed on every hotel key for the duration of the three day meeting.
This is exposure that only one company will receive. Will it be yours?
Transportation Sponsorship - $8,500
President’s Event - $20,000
The FNDC2010 main social event will be held on Friday evening, June 11, 2010. This event will include well-known musical entertainment or a theme-based evening of fun. This event will be held at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. Sponsor(s) will be acknowledged by the evening’s Master of Ceremonies, 180 thirty second spots on the Astrovision screen in the atrium on Friday, and on banners and signage throughout the venue.
Customize this opportunity by providing napkins or cups with your company logo (subject to FNDC approval).
